Restaurant Sign Up Form

The Tasty Tunes event will be on Saturday, August 19, 2023.  We are working hard to make this community event a huge success and hope to sell out all tickets. We would love to have your restaurant or bakery be a part of this great event.  There is no cost for the booth, just your time and food costs. 

We will be holding the event at the East Harris County Activities Center on 7340 Spencer Hwy in Pasadena, TX 77505.  Each participating restaurant will be provided one 8 ft. table and 2 chairs, electricity will be available.  The committee will sell 200-400 tickets to local residents and businesses.  We will also advertise your restaurant on our website and on all advertising —telling everyone of your restaurant’s participation before and after the event.  In addition, we will be providing coffee, tea and water for our guests. 

We ask that each restaurant provide a $50 or more gift certificate which will be auctioned off at the event. This is not mandatory.  But if you do donate a gift certificate — it’s extra advertising and you will get a big shout out during the raffle! 

To be a participating restaurant, you will need to provide at least 200 1.5 oz servings of your trademark recipes.  You will need to provide everything to serve your recipe (small disposable plates, forks, napkins, etc).  If you would like to decorate your space, the facility will be open at 1:00 p.m. The more you decorate the better the impression you make on your future clients!  Don’t forget there will also be awards for Best Decorated Booth and Best Food (the People’s Choice award).  Great advertising opportunities: bring business cards, take-out menus, or other give-aways to promote your restaurant. 

The event will begin at 5:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 p.m.  Please be completely set up by 4:00 p.m. and plan to be completely torn down by 9:00 p.m. that night.  By submitting this form, you are committing to participate and help make Tasty Tunes a great community event!
